Privacy Policy

Sobna (“we”, “us”) is an app for finding events and pop-ups in the UAE. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored encrypted; we can’t see them.
• Profile photo: only if you choose to add one.
• Events you add: the event name, description, dates, times, location, entry price, photos and the contact details you choose to show (for example a phone number or Instagram).
• Activity in the app: events you save, notifications we send you, and reports you send about an event.
• Suggestions: the message you send us, plus your name and phone number only if you choose to add them.

We do not collect your device location, contacts, or browsing activity outside the app. We do not use advertising or tracking tools, and we never sell your information.

Camera, photos and calendar

Sobna asks for camera or photo library access only when you add a photo to an event or your profile, and calendar access only when you tap to add an event to your calendar. You can change these at any time in your iPhone Settings.

Why we use it

• To run your account and let you sign in, verify your email and reset your password.
• To show events to everyone in the app, including the organizer contact details you chose to share.
• To review new events and reports so the app stays safe and accurate.
• To send you codes and important account emails, and in-app notifications about your events.
• To read your suggestions and improve Sobna.

Who can see it

Events you publish, including their photos and contact details, are public to everyone using Sobna. Your email address and password are never shown to other users. Reports and suggestions are only seen by the Sobna team.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the app. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — accounts, database and photo storage.
• Resend — sending verification and password emails.
• Mapbox — showing maps of event locations.
• Netlify — hosting our website.
• Apple — app distribution and, if you allow them, notifications.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. Past events may stay visible in the app as a record unless you delete them or your account.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account inside the app. This permanently removes your profile and your event listings. You can also email us and we will delete your data for you.

Children

Sobna is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is important.

صوبنا تطبيق تلقى فيه الفعاليات والبوب أب في الإمارات. هذه السياسة توضح شو المعلومات اللي نجمعها، وليش، وشو الخيارات اللي عندك.

المعلومات اللي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: اسمك وإيميلك وكلمة السر لما تسوي حساب. كلمة السر محفوظة بشكل مشفّر وما نقدر نشوفها.
• صورة الحساب: بس اذا انت اخترت تحطها.
• الفعاليات اللي تضيفها: اسم الفعالية والوصف والتواريخ والأوقات والمكان وسعر الدخول والصور وبيانات التواصل اللي تختار تبينها (مثل رقم التلفون أو الانستقرام).
• نشاطك في التطبيق: الفعاليات اللي تحفظها، والإشعارات اللي نرسلها لك، والبلاغات اللي ترسلها عن فعالية.
• الاقتراحات: الرسالة اللي ترسلها لنا، واسمك ورقمك بس اذا اخترت تضيفهم.

ما نجمع موقع جهازك، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا نشاطك خارج التطبيق. ما نستخدم أدوات إعلانات أو تتبّع، وأبدًا ما نبيع معلوماتك.

الكاميرا والصور والتقويم

صوبنا يطلب إذن الكاميرا أو الصور بس لما تضيف صورة لفعالية أو لحسابك، وإذن التقويم بس لما تضغط تضيف فعالية لتقويمك. تقدر تغيّر هذه الأذونات أي وقت من إعدادات الآيفون.

ليش نستخدمها

• عشان نشغّل حسابك وتقدر تسجل دخول، وتأكد إيميلك، وتغيّر كلمة السر.
• عشان نعرض الفعاليات للكل في التطبيق، مع بيانات التواصل اللي اختار المنظم يبينها.
• عشان نراجع الفعاليات الجديدة والبلاغات ويظل التطبيق آمن وصحيح.
• عشان نرسل لك الأكواد وإيميلات الحساب المهمة، وإشعارات عن فعالياتك.
• عشان نقرا اقتراحاتك ونطوّر صوبنا.

منو يقدر يشوفها

الفعاليات اللي تنشرها، مع صورها وبيانات التواصل فيها، تكون ظاهرة لكل مستخدمين صوبنا. إيميلك وكلمة السر ما تظهر لأي حد. البلاغات والاقتراحات يشوفها فريق صوبنا بس.

الخدمات اللي نستخدمها

• Supabase — الحسابات وقاعدة البيانات وحفظ الصور.
• Resend — إرسال إيميلات التأكيد وكلمة السر.
• Mapbox — عرض الخرائط لأماكن الفعاليات.
• Netlify — استضافة موقعنا.
• Apple — توزيع التطبيق، والإشعارات اذا سمحت فيها.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك طول ما حسابك موجود. الفعاليات القديمة ممكن تظل ظاهرة كسجل إلا اذا مسحتها أو مسحت حسابك.

مسح بياناتك

تقدر تمسح حسابك أي وقت من الحساب ← امسح الحساب داخل التطبيق. هذا يمسح ملفك وفعالياتك نهائيًا. وتقدر بعد ترسل لنا إيميل ونمسح بياناتك عنك.

الأطفال

صوبنا مب موجّه للأطفال تحت ١٣ سنة، وما نجمع معلومات منهم عن قصد. اذا تعتقد إن طفل أعطانا معلومات، تواصل معنا ونمسحها.

التغييرات

اذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة بنحدّث التاريخ فوق، وبنخبرك في التطبيق اذا كان التغيير مهم.
