I didn’t get my code.
Check your Junk or Spam folder, then tap “Resend code” in the app after the timer ends.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen tap “Forgot password?”. We’ll email you a code to set a new one.
How do I add my event?
Create an account, tap the + in the middle of the bottom bar and fill in your event. We review every event before it goes live.
Something is wrong with an event.
Open the event and tap “Report this event”. Our team will check it.
I have an idea for Sobna.
Go to Account → Suggestions and tell us. We read every message.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Delete account. This removes your profile and events for good.

راسلنا عالإيميل
عادةً نرد خلال يوم أو يومين.
ما وصلني الكود.
شيك على مجلد Junk أو Spam، وبعدين اضغط "طرش الكود مره ثانيه" في التطبيق بعد ما يخلص العداد.
نسيت كلمة السر.
في صفحة الدخول اضغط "نسيت كلمة السر"، وبنطرش لك كود عالإيميل عشان تحط كلمة سر يديده.
كيف أضيف فعاليتي؟
سوِّ حساب، واضغط + في نص الشريط تحت، وعبّي بيانات فعاليتك. نراجع كل فعالية قبل ما تنزل.
في مشكلة في فعالية.
افتح الفعالية واضغط "بلّغ عن الفعالية"، وفريقنا بيشيك عليها.

روح الحساب ← اقتراحات وخبرنا. نقرا كل رسالة.
كيف أمسح حسابي؟
الحساب ← امسح الحساب. هذا يمسح ملفك وفعالياتك نهائيًا.
